Shipping
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order unless the products specified the approximate date that they will be shipped.
- Please note that business days are Monday - Friday.
- Orders placed on Friday will take 2 more days to process because we are closed on the weekends.
- Once the order was shipped, you will be getting a tracking number through e-mail.
- You may also check the order status on our website.
Returns
- All damages must be informed within 10 days from the receiving date.
- All systems and consoles are non-refundable. All systems come with manufacturer warranty.
- 30-day money back/exchange guarantee (from the date of receiving) for all return products and defective products. Money back/exchange guarantee only applies to the purchased product only. There is absolutely no refunds for shipping and handles charges.
- Exchanges: You must return the item(s) to us first before replacement part(s) will be sent. Tip: Do not throw away your original boxes and parts.
- For all Damaged items caused by shipping, we will claim with Fedex or DHL. Please be sure to keep the original packaging boxes so that Fedex or UPS can come and inspect them. If you lose your original packaging boxes, you may not be able to claim for the damaged items. If the merchandise was shipped via USPS, please send it back to us.
- All merchandise returned must be shipped Freight Prepaid. Products must be received within 10 days of the RMA number issue date. All original manuals and accessories should be included. If the products are not in their original condition or incomplete; they may be rejected or subject to a 25% or more restocking fee.
- Any physical damage caused by mis-handling or abused shall void the warranty. No RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued without the correct order # or invoice #. RMA number should be clearly marked on outside of the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delaying RMA process.
- Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee on all of the refused shipments or returned merchandise.
- Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable if the merchandise is not defective.
- All opened games, systems, & software are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
- For free shipping items, the original shipping charges will be applied to the refund when the merchandise is returned.
Not Acceptable Returns: - Orders returned after 30 days from the date of receiving.
- Any item(s) that are not in its original condition.
- Any item(s) that has been taken out of its plastic wrap (Apply to all video games & software).
- Any item(s) that is damaged/defective by misuse, played, or is missing parts.
Please do not send us item(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items. To receive Credit, Repair, Or Exchanges: If you are qualified for credit, repair, or exchanges. You will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number for all merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange. Please send a e-mail to RMADEPT@jpmstore.com to obtain a RMA number for credit, repair, or exchanges.
